When you first use Payline we need to collect data about your staff, and their pay to date. For this we supply you with paper forms, or a spreadsheet template for you to complete. After that, as new employees join, you complete a simple form and fax or email it to our Brighton office.
If your present payroll system has become corrupt, is lost or incomplete, we can reconstruct the payroll and get you back on track.
Then, how do you get the weekly or monthly pay information to us? Easy, whatever way suits you.
We have a 'pro forma' that lists your staff and their elements of pay, rates and hours, as we know them. You can use this form as a jotter, and fax it or read over its contents by the time we are scheduled to process your payroll.
Or you can use our data export and import facility, described in unique features. Or you can draft your own version and email it, fax it, post it, or send it by pigeon. Any way you like as long as we have it on the day we are due to process it.
Once the payroll is run, we can get the information and payslips back to you using a combination of post, fax and email. For some clients, especially those where there are tight deadlines, we dispatch the payslip's using a courier service.
Again, YOU can choose the methods that best suit the way YOU work.
