The issuing of letter templates is a very important part of the Automatic Enrolment process for employers that do not wish to use our email notice service. For guidance when issuing notices please get in touch.

To enable Payline to process Bacs payments to your employees and creditors you will require a Bacs Service User Number (SUN). This is obtained by completing and returning a bank specific application form to your relationship manager. This process can take up to five weeks to complete. Application forms for most of the major high street banks are below, however, if your bank does not appear on the list, please get in touch.
